How long will it take to
receive my order?
Most orders are shipped the day after payment
is received. Your decals will be shipped by postal air mail which takes
7 - 10 days. If you have not received your decals within 3 weeks please
contact us.
How much will I be charged for shipping?
There is no charge for standard postal air
mail. Additional charges will apply for trackable or courier deliveries.
Where will you ship to?
We ship worldwide. There is no extra charge
for shipments outside the USA & Canada.

How long will
your decals last?
Our decals are made from 3M & Avery automotive
grade vinyls. They are rated for 7 years under normal conditions. Etched
glass vinyl is the only exception which is rated for 2 years.
Are your decals easy to apply?
Our vinyl decals are easy to apply if our
installation instructions are followed. A squeegee is shipped with orders
for our larger decals. Two bank cards back to back can be used on smaller
decals.
How do I remove my old decals?
Heat the decal with a heat gun or blow dryer
and pull it off with your fingers. The residue left behind is easily
removed using a cloth and lighter fluid. Make sure to clean the surface
thoroughly before installing your new decals.

How can I make
my payment?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Money
orders, Checks or Cash. Registered PayPal users can also make their
payment using Discover, Amex or eChecks. We
will also continue to accept payments through Billpoint until their
service is discontinued.
Do you offer discounts?
We do offer discounts on quantity buys. Contact
us for more information.

We do wholesale our decals to resellers. Contact
us to learn more about the programs we offer.
